We take care of practically everything. Most owners just receive checks from us while we do all the work. We check-in with property and tenant updates. If your property is already rented, we’ll execute the screening of any additional tenants from this point forward (which includes a background, credit, criminal, reference, employment, income, and identity verification check) and walk them through the on-boarding process. We'll visit the property to conduct a walk-through, document the current condition, and address any essential items.
